To ensure your experience is exceptional, we kindly request you to take note of the following:

  • Dr. Clean's does not promise the removal of stains that may have developed over time due to factors like rust, mildew, or insufficient maintenance.

  • We expect all areas to be clutter-free.

  • If you have furniture on wood floors, it is assumed to have proper protection in place to prevent any potential harm.

  • If you have items or surfaces requiring special care, we encourage you to contact us in advance so that we can discuss the necessary arrangements.

  • All surfaces, including marble, granite, and hardwood floors, are presumed to be sealed and ready for cleaning without any risk of damage.

We're genuinely sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with your service at Dr. Clean's Cleaning Service! Please let us know immediately, and we will return at no additional cost to assess and address the areas that didn't meet your expectations. We understand that perfection is a lofty goal, and we are committed to doing everything within our means to make things right.

Are there any conditions or exceptions to this guarantee?

  1. We kindly request that you notify Dr. Clean's about any issues within 24 hours of your cleaning.

  2. The areas of dissatisfaction and required fixes should be related to the agreed scope of service.

  3. Homes not in standard condition (e.g., hoarding, biohazard) are excluded from this guarantee.

  4. If the concerns are related to services outside the agreed scope or additional services not added on, we may not be able to provide a complimentary return.

Is this service always free?

As long as the issue is related to the originally agreed scope of cleaning and there are areas to address, there will be no extra charge. However, if the fix extends beyond the agreed scope or if there is nothing left to clean within the initial scope, Dr. Clean's will charge a trip fee of $75, with potential further fees for cleaning items not part of the original agreement. In such cases, we'll reach out to you immediately to discuss the situation.

Can we return on the same day?

Sometimes, we can return on the same day depending on scheduling and notification time. Our commitment is to address the situation as promptly as possible, usually on the same day or the following day. Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction!

How often can you use the Satisfaction Guarantee?

There isn't a set limit. We're here to ensure a great experience and make things right when needed. To continue offering this guarantee fairly, we kindly ask that it be used appropriately. In rare cases of excessive use or misuse, we may need to allocate additional time and budget for future cleanings or, in extreme cases, void the guarantee for future services.

What if you don't want us to return?

If you're dissatisfied with your cleaning, we genuinely share your disappointment and apologize for any missteps. As a local, family-owned business, we strive to do our best but recognize that we may make mistakes. Our primary aim is to rectify any issues and ensure your satisfaction. However, if you prefer not to have us return, please let us know, and we'll do our utmost to address your concerns and make things right, even if that means not coming back.
